- Every natural and legal person who has actual capacity, who accepts to work in this direction by adopting the goals and principles of the association, and who meets the conditions stipulated by the legislation and the association charter has the right to become a member of this association.
- This condition does not apply to honorary membership.
- The membership application to be made will be decided by the board of directors of the association within thirty days at the most, accepting the membership or rejecting the request, and the applicant will be notified.
- The member whose application is accepted is recorded in the member registry book to be kept for this purpose.
- Association members are obliged to pay the dues determined in accordance with Article 10 (Income Sources of the Association).
- Membership dues will be paid at the association headquarters or to the association bank account in return for a "Dues received" document.
- People who have provided significant material and moral support to the association may be accepted as honorary members by the decision of the board of directors.
- Members of the association have equal rights, each member has the right to participate in the activities and management of the association.
- When the branch of the association is opened, the membership records of those registered at the association center are transferred to the branches.
- New membership applications are made to the branch.
- Membership acceptance and removal from membership procedures are carried out by the branch board of directors and notified to the Headquarters in writing within thirty days at most.
